FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
How outcomes, pricing, the pilot, quality and security work. If your question is not here, ask us during a free audit.
Getting started
What is Outworkly?
Outworkly is an AI-native services company. We deliver finished work, such as resolved support tickets, booked sales meetings, closed monthly books and published pages that rank, using AI agent pipelines with a human quality layer. You pay per outcome.
How does the free audit work?
You book a free Companion audit. We reply within one business day and hold a 30-minute call to map your current work, volumes, tools and pain. Then we send a proposal with a package, per-outcome rates and a pilot scope.
How long is the pilot and what does it cost?
The pilot lasts 30 days and is billed per outcome, with no minimum. On day 30 you get an outcome report with accuracy and cost per outcome, and you can convert to a package or stop.
What do I need to provide?
Access to the tools involved (for example your helpdesk, CRM, accounting system or CMS), plus your rules, brand voice and escalation paths. We capture these in a playbook during onboarding, so you do not need to write prompts.
Pricing and billing
What counts as an outcome?
A unit of finished work you can count: a resolved conversation, a qualified meeting held, a monthly close or processed invoice, or a published, optimised page. Exact definitions are agreed in writing before the pilot starts.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $499 a month for Starter, $1,499 for Growth and $3,999 or more for Scale, each including a set number of outcomes. Per-outcome list prices run from $0.90 per resolved conversation to $1,200 per monthly close. See the pricing page for the full table and a calculator.
Is there a platform fee?
No. We price 30 to 40% below enterprise players, with no platform fee.
What if an outcome does not land?
It is not billed. No outcome, no charge. Every invoice line is a unit of finished work, with proof available.
Are the prices on this site final?
They are our current list prices and are illustrative until confirmed with you during the audit.
Quality and people
Who checks the work?
Specialists in Lahore review the agents’ work by exception: cases where confidence is low, the stakes are high, or a sample check says look closer. Growth and Scale accounts also get a named QA lead and a weekly review.
What happens when the agents are unsure?
The work goes to a QA specialist before it is delivered. If it needs your decision, we escalate it to you with a summary and a suggested answer.
Will my customers know they are dealing with AI?
That is your call. We follow your brand voice and disclosure rules.
How does quality improve over time?
Every correction is logged, becomes training data, and goes back into the pipeline in a weekly cycle. The Companion also keeps your rules and context, so you do not repeat yourself.
Security and privacy
How do you handle my data?
We use only what the work needs, over encrypted connections, and we do not sell personal data. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights.
What access do you need to my systems?
Least-privilege access, scoped to the tools involved in your service line. You authorise each integration and can remove it at any time.
Do you have SOC 2 or a data processing agreement?
SOC 2 readiness and a standard data processing agreement are on our roadmap. Ask us during the audit for the current status and what we can provide for your review.
Where is the team based?
Our delivery team is in Lahore, Pakistan, and we serve clients worldwide. We are starting with the US, UK, UAE and Australia.
Service lines and tools
Which service lines are available?
Customer Support and Sales Development are live now. Finance Back-office opens in month 7 and Content and SEO Ops in month 9. Design partners can join the pilot waitlist for those.
Can I start with just one?
Yes, and most clients do. Land with one service line and expand into the next from inside the account.
Which tools do you work with?
Helpdesks such as Zendesk and Intercom, inboxes in Gmail or Outlook, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, accounting in Xero and QuickBooks, and CMSs such as WordPress and Webflow. Tell us what you use and we will confirm fit in the audit.
What is the Companion?
Your personal AI operator. You ask it in plain language on WhatsApp, Slack or email, and it routes the work to the right pipeline and reports each outcome with proof. Try the live demo.
